3 hr Intensive
Perfect for individuals seeking focused trauma treatment without commmiting to a full multi-day intesnive. I know trauma treatment can initially sound very scary, but it is so healing and worth it in the long run. So many of my patients wish they started earlier. These are available online throughout Hawaii and in person in Honolulu. These can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly and may incoportate EMDR, trauma focused - somatic based therapy (ART, Brainspotting, Ketamine assisted psychotherapy), and nervous systems regulation strategies

Three-Day Intensive
This intensive includes 4 hours per day for 3 consecutive days, total of 12 hours. Designed for indivudals who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe than traditional weekly therapy. Ideal for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, and survivors of abuse.

Week- Long Hawaii Intensive
These are perfect for individuals traveling from outside Hawai'i or neighboring island (Big Island, Maui, Kauai, Lanai) to attend a week long trauma intensive. This includes 5 therapy hours per day (with a break in between), from Monday to Friday, totaling 25 hours.
Many individuals find that meaninful healing is difficult when they remain immersed in the same environment, where stress, trauma reminders, and daily demands continue to occur.
